Arthur Silva, Board Chair, Occupation: Energy & Minerals Oil & Gas Realty Contract, Ute Indian Tribe Ft. Duchesne, Utah. Married to Ronalda Reed-Silva 20 years, 2 Daughters 4 Boys, and 1 Grandchild. Currently Head Coach Ladies Basketball, Cross Country @ Uintah River High School. Currently has a child attending URHS and another whom recently Graduated from URHS

Occupation: Tribal Probation, Ute Indian Tribe Ft. Duchesne, Utah. Sweetwater also volunteers for Community Council and has a student currently attending URHS as well as a recent graduate student from URHS.

Emeline is a Ute Language/Culture Coordinator and works to ensure that the Ute language is thought to Students at Uintah River and the community. She is also a member of the Uintah Band of the Ute Indian Tribe.
